Ms. Shikha Gupta – FCA is a Partner in the firm and has been associated with it since its inception, bringing with her over 25 years of extensive professional experience.

Educational / Professional Qualifications:
She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI. She has received an Honours Degree from the University of Delhi and is also Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) certified by IBBI.

Areas of Specialization:
Her areas of expertise include Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, Tax Planning and Consultancy, and Corporate Law. She has significant professional exposure across both public and private sector engagements, advising clients on compliance, risk management, and strategic tax planning.
